DrermanBiz is a private commercial platform operating a B2B procurement and quotation workflow. It does not sell products directly or process online payments. Quotations prepared through the platform are not binding orders until accepted by the customer; orders are then fulfilled through offline commercial arrangements agreed between the customer and DrermanBiz or its suppliers.

Access to restricted, regulated healthcare products is limited to organizations, doctors and suppliers whose registration has been reviewed and approved. DrermanBiz reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide inaccurate registration information.
