Is DrermanBiz an online shop?

No. DrermanBiz does not process direct online payments or checkouts. It is a procurement and quotation platform — you submit a request, we prepare a formal quotation, and orders are processed through offline commercial arrangements.

Who can register?

Hospitals, clinics, specialist clinics, dental clinics, medical laboratories, pharmacies, nursing homes, dialysis centres, universities, NGOs and healthcare companies can register as Organizations. Doctors, dentists, pharmacists and specialists can register as Doctors. Manufacturers, importers, distributors and wholesalers can register as Suppliers.

How long does approval take?

Once you submit your registration with supporting documents, our Super Administrator team reviews it. Restricted products and procurement features unlock immediately after approval.

Can the public browse products?

Yes. Public visitors can browse products marked as publicly visible and submit enquiries. Regulated or restricted products remain visible only to approved B2B accounts.

Is there a mobile app?

Not in the current phase. The platform is fully responsive and works on desktop, tablet and mobile browsers.
